Before immigrating to Canada my experience was that roofing materials were expected to last the lifetime of the house, with only intermittent repairs. Asphalt roofing was new to me. After several re-roofing's of homes and cottage, and the failures of asphalt to live up to manufacturing guarantees, I was more than ready to look for an alternative roofing material.. The aluminum roofing promoted by Classic Products seemed to offer an attractive alternative. The material is durable, lightweight, recyclable with a wide array of styles. I received a prompt and courteous reponse to my inquiry. I was able to fully discuss my options following a price estimate.
Computer images and samples helped me visualize how my roof would appear. Mr. Douglas Upham was friendly, professional, and straight forward in negotiating a contract.I was given a start date, which in the end was moved forward. The crew was professional, prompt, pleasant, worked long hours, tidied up at the end of each day,and the final clean-up was really complete! They definitely take pride in their work. I am delighted with the appearance of my house, impressed with the quality of the work and the materials, and very happy with the attention to my needs by Mr. Douglas Upham and his company colleagues.
