We should like to express our sincere appreciation to you personally, to your installers and obviously for the beautiful product now covering our home.  When we had to face the reality that a new roof was necessary, we discussed our options at length and concluded that, shingling again (fourth time in 35 years) didn’t make sense economically or environmentally, and steel roofing would add considerable weight and wouldn’t stand up in our harsh conditions as well as aluminum.  And we can say that through experience!

Your presentation to us in our home was clear, concise and thorough.  We valued your opinions and suggestions concerning the best coordinating colors to suit our home.  Doug ***** the blue is outstanding!  WOW! You promised to have the work completed before August 11th and you surprised us by finishing one and a half weeks before expected.  The installers Jeff and his assistant were most courteous, efficient, and professional during the four days they were here.  How they maintained their friendly attitude and impeccable manners on a roof in the bright sun with the temperatures averaging 34c (88-90f) was truly commendable.  They were most careful and respectful of our property and did a very good job of cleaning up the grounds.  We both commented to each other about how nice it was to have contractors who were such decent young men. Although the roof has yet to experience a winter, Mother Nature blessed us with heavy rain (first in over 60 days) 25mm in 1hour and winds gusting to 90kph.  We felt like we were in a vault.  The week after the installation the outside temperature remained in the 30c range.  We never had to resort to the central air. To sum up our thoughts concerning our experience with you, your installers and our new roof, we were and are delighted !!!
