We just wanted to let you know how impressed we are with our new roof.  Not just the roof itself, but the stellar service we received from first thought to completion.

Your representative Chris, was nothing but professional and went over the top to provide us with precise information and timelines.  We even got to see what our home would look like with the colour of our choice BEFORE the work was started.  This amazed us completely, and that technique is what sealed the deal for us.  It’s an expensive investment….yes, one that will last a lifetime; HOWEVER so will a wrong colour choice.  Having the software that enabled your company to show us the future look of our home is your best salesperson. People are visual and that is a necessary tool in this day and age.

We appreciated how Chris kept us up to date throughout our “waiting weeks”.  We knew exactly when our roof was going to be started, and if there was a delay at all for any length of time, we were notified.  Customer service goes a LONG way, but there are very few companies who truly know what that means.  It’s not just a matter of manners, it’s a matter of respect, and we received that every step of the way …from the telephone to our doorstep.

We would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking to re-roof.  Our experience was 100% positive.  Well..OK..anyone who might read this would probably say to themselves “100%??  There’s no such thing these days” and I suppose they would be right.  There really isn’t.  If I had to come up with a negative aspect of this company, it would be more linked to my own impatience and excitement than anything else.  Once the contract was signed, we did have a short wait before work began….but like Mike Holmes says on his show, if ever a contractor can show up the next day, they’re probably not a good contractor !!!
