My husband and I decided some months ago that our home needed a new roof.  We called several roofers and, after reviewing both product and sales pitch, chose Classic Products of Barrie.  Our salesman had the right mix of professionalism and friendliness: he explained and demonstrated his product, discussed pricing and left us to make a decision.  At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable and we particularly liked the fact that, with our permission, pictures were taken of our home so that we could get a better idea of how the different colours and styles might work.

 The work itself got off to a bit of a slow start due to bad weather but that negative actually became a positive as we were kept informed at all times of when work would recommence and never wondered when the guys would show up again, if at all.  No one can be held responsible for the weather and things do not always go according to plan, the way a company or individual handles such a difficulty is important and Classic Products handled it perfectly. The crew were professional and courteous.  The site was kept tidy and safe throughout the work and all equipment and material were put away at the end of each workday.  On completion everything was removed; I was impressed with how tidy my yard and garage were left; they even swept the garage floor. We have already had a few neighbours inquire about our roof.  It is a pleasure to be able to honestly and enthusiastically refer then to Classic.  I can only wish that all contracts, suppliers and so on we deal with were as professional, friendly, and competent as Classic Products.
